after installation, the folder with the tool, copy the files

- PolarEditOpenboxENU.dll
- PolarEditOpenboxUKR.dll
- PolarEditOpenboxDEU.dll
- PolarEditOpenboxRUS.dll

and on the desktop ,rename files on

- PolarEditOpenENU.dll
- PolarEditOpenUKR.dll
- PolarEditOpenDEU.dll
- PolarEditOpenRUS.dll

and also copy it to the folder with the tool
